SUMMARY

Customer Service Representative responsibilities encompass ensuring our clients have a great experience with Higher Ground. This includes providing prospects and current customers product information, giving partners and clients updates on their orders, processing sample requests, and similar prospect and customer engagement activities. The CSR is expected to work closely with the Director of Marketing & Sales Operations and the Office Manager.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Respond to inbound phone calls and email inquiries, vet inquiries and pass them to the appropriate Territory Director or Inside Sales Manager
  • Update customer and order data on our Zoho CRM platform
  • Data entry projects as necessary
  • Work to keep channel partners and end-users informed about the status of their orders
  • Monitor our website to answer visitor questions
  • Assist the Office Manager in getting samples out to prospects and B2C orders out using UPS and FedEx
  • Assist Office Manager and Director of Marketing & Sales Operations as necessary
  • Assist with order entry and processing in Quickbooks Enterprise


ORGANIZATIONAL CONTACTS:

Internal: All departments including finance, operations, field sales, marketing & management

External: Primarily prospects, customers, and channel partners staff


POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

2-year college degree in business or related field or a current college student desirable

Experience:

Individuals must be a quick learner with the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision.

Must demonstrate the ability to cover a number of different tasks.

Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Apps a must. Quickbooks is a plus.
