Customer Service Representative responsibilities encompass ensuring our clients have a great experience with Higher Ground. This includes providing prospects and current customers product information, giving partners and clients updates on their orders, processing sample requests, and similar prospect and customer engagement activities. The CSR is expected to work closely with the Director of Marketing & Sales Operations and the Office Manager.
Internal: All departments including finance, operations, field sales, marketing & management
External: Primarily prospects, customers, and channel partners staff
2-year college degree in business or related field or a current college student desirable
Individuals must be a quick learner with the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
Must demonstrate the ability to cover a number of different tasks.
