How It Works
- A covered device experiences an issue
- Submit a claim via portal or contact us
- Repair or replacement is completed through an authorized repair center

If repair costs exceed the covered value of the device, or repair is not reasonable, the device is replaced based on its original covered value. Replacement devices are then eligible for new coverage under AssetGUARD.
