Terms & Conditions

The purpose of this program is to offer Higher Ground’s valued Resellers a competitive discount when finding new business and leading with Higher Ground solutions.  If Deal Registration is approved, the registered Reseller will receive an exclusive discount (based on QTY, min requirement 300 units to register) from current wholesale or sale prices which will be held for a period of 90 days. Registration does not guarantee product availability.  Stock is secured only upon accepted purchase order.

Deal Registration process

• Deal registrations are available for New Business Opportunities.  
• Higher Ground representative will review / approve deal registrations within 2 business days.  Though a deal may be approved within 2 days, additional time may be required for pricing to appear in distributor systems.
• Deal registrations are valid for 90 days.  (approval required for extensions)
• Deal registration number must appear on purchase order.

Eligibility Requirements

• Reseller must be in good standing with Higher Ground
• Registration must be for an opportunity with an account that has not purchased more than $2,500.00 in Higher Ground product in the past 18 months.  
• Minimum quantity of 300 cases in a single order and destination. (may be across multiple case skus)
• RFP/ RFQ’s are eligible for registration
• Authorized partner agrees not to substitute / quote competing products or the discount is voided.

Reasons for possible rejection

• Does not meet minimum eligibility requirement
• Deal is already registered / claimed
• Opportunity is already in Higher Ground sales pipeline

Return Policy

• 30 day return policy from ship date for full refund (reseller / customer pays any return freight costs)
• Up to 90 days if unopened (original packaging) with 20% restocking fee (reseller / customer pays for return freight)
• No returns after 90 days for any reason
• No returns on any customized orders unless defects are found within 5 days of delivery
• Returns are not accepted for products that are not in their original packaging, or without hang tags.
